I have all paper ready to send except one thing:
My husband petitioner was divorced overseas and doesn't have official divorce paper. He has only copy of traslation of divorce paper faxed him from there.
Is it acceptable or there any limitations about this?
You don't need his divorce paperwork when you file I-130 at this time. The IO may want to see it at the time of the interview. If you could get it by then, that would be great but no need to worry at this time. Relax.
