hi
i got the following rfe for the I 130 pettion filed by my brother.
since my birth was registered late (late dated birth certificate available) they need additional documents like hospital birth records, medical records,school record,church record and medical records indicatingmy both parents name and two affidavate from relative.
i have the following documents
i was born at home so hospital record is not available
affidavate from mother (my father passed away when i was 4 years old)
affidavate from uncle, nephew
i obtained birth non avaliablity certifcate from indian consulate from new york just to show that registration of birth/death was not mandatory before 2 jume 1969 (i was born on 30th june 1965). i have driver licence from india indicating my date of birth and father name, school record shows only date of birth and father name. please help me to draft a cover letter to uscis
