I-130 petitions approved what is next

Hello all,

I recently got the notice saying that my I130 petition was approved but i'm not sure what is next step my immigration lawyer has been giving me the run around. I'm currently enrolled in graduate school in the USA so I am here legally. However my dad who filed for me lives in the virgin islands he is a citizen since around the late 80's. Exactly what step is next in the process
 
You file the I-485, I-765 and if needed I-131. This will have to be accompanied by the a copy of the approval notice.
