I'm filing for I-130 for my brother and I'm also a naturalized citizen. When I received my naturalization certificate, it has my father's name as my middle name but I don't have a middle name in my original country birth certificate. Apparently I filed my father's name as my middle name in the Legal Name section. Now I'm applying for my brother and here are my questions:
1. Will USCIS accept the birth certificate that does not have a middle name? Will they accept that my father's name is used as my middle name?
2. Will USCIS cause me a problem, like denaturalization, if they discovered that I filed my father's name as my middle name during the N400 application process?
