Hi
My husband applied I 130 PETITION for me in Dec 2010. Currently the priority date shows as August 22, 2010.
The USCIS update shows as Post decision activity. I called USCIS and they informed that the petition has been accepted and its in hands of consulate or the state department or so... Could some one tell me what are next steps.
Am I waiting for the visa number to become available etc.. Will I receive correspondence from USCIS itself?
