I-130 Petition through brother

My U.S citizen brother petitioned my back in December 2002 does anybody know when I might be able to immigrate to U.S. or when my priority date became current?
 
They are processing with the priority dates upto June 2001, things are moving by six months, like in June of 2010 they were processing upto January 2001 and this month it moved to July, 2010. Likewise in December of 2010 it probably will move to January, 2002. I think another 1 1/2 to 2 Years for sure.
