My dad petitioned me by filing form I-130, there is an issue it might come with my dad’s spelling name in his birth certificate or naturalization certificate and the spelling of my dad’s name in my birth certificate the issue like this:-

Dad’s first name: - Adib
In my birth certificate my dad’s name spells:- Adeeb

As you see the spelling of my dad’s name in his citizenship certificate Adib and the spelling of my dad’s name in my birth certificate Adeeb, it just different spelling just like Sally and Salli in English even though they pronounce the same. This is something to do when you write your name from your native language to English, people or translator spells them in a different way. Grandfather, last name and the rest are ok.

Does anybody think it well be a problem when adjudication of my application when the priority date come? By the way no problem or issue with the spelling of my mother name, are the same in her and my birth certificate.
What I can do to solve this issue? anybody went through this before and what was the outcome? Thanks
