i-130 petition alien relative question

hello, im a musician with a visa P1 expired in 2008, i decided stayed in united states and now 2010 i got married with a american citizen!

my question is, could my wife only send the i-130 form and g-325a!! or we really need send the i-130 plus i-485 plus sponsor form plus medical test form all together?
because the problem is that we dont have enough money now, and only we can afford just $ 355 of the i-130 form
if it is and they aproved my i-130 could i get a driver licence with that? or i'll have wait to fill the rest of the form?

The I-130 by itself gives you no legal status, and you cannot use a pending or approved I-130 to get or renew a driver's license. You don't have to file the I-485 together with the I-130, but until you file the I-485 you are subject to deportation if caught.

If you file the I-130 without the I-485, you'll have to include the I-130 receipt notice or approval notice when you later file the I-485.
