I 130 Payment by Personal Check?

Hi

I just open a Bank account and got introductory few check from Bank which does not have any name on it. Although its my account. Can I use that check to pay $355 fee for I 130? or should I use money order!

I don't see that as a problem or an issue. You should be able to use those introductory checks.
