I-130 Part C Question 17 - please clarify for me

Question reads: List husband/wife and all children of your relative.
I recently filed this form for both my parents, I only wrote down on my mom's form my dad's info, and on my dad's form my mom's info.
I did not list myself and my brother (USC) because someone told me i should not list any children over 21 who are already citizens (in my case, both myself and my brother are over 21 and both are USC).

Is this correct? or I made a mistake? I am really worried, is this going to delay the approval of my parents I-130s?

Help please.....

Why don't you people read what the question wants instead of listening to "someone". It says very clearly "all children", no exclusions...

I read it, and read it and read it... but somehow end up believeing someone.. :( now I feel real stupid.. does this mean that the application will be rejected and returned? thus cause a delay... :( oops.

I don't think it would be rejected because of that. But they might need some clerification, if they notice it. Some immigration officers are far from being responsible at what they do...
