I am US citizen but i relocated to Nigeria and I have been living there with my husband since Feburary 2009. My husband and I decided we want to relocate. I would like to know if it is possible for me to file an I- 130 petition in Nigeria. I really will not want to leave my husband in Nigeria and go to the States to file the application.
Any suggestions are welcome.
