Hi,
My wife and I live and work overseas. I am a US citizen. Both my wife and step daughter are foreign nationals.
1. My question is that, can I submit an I-130 petition ONLY for my step daughter (18 yrs old) and not for my wife? The reason for this is that my wife and I dont intend on leaving our jobs.
2. If I have to apply for both at the same time, do I have to be in the US while they are completing their time for the GC?
