Hi - Whatever happened to the I130s in Nebraska. I have an I130 pending w/ NSC for a sibling and I cannot find the processing date for any class of I130 under NSC.
When did you file it? In recent months I130s from NSC are transferred to CSC for processing. You can follow CSC timelines. However you would receive a notice informing you about the transfer. Even after I130 is approved, you will have to wait till a visa number is available for sibling category. Please refer to visa bulletin on state dept website.
