I-130, my parents don't have a birth certificate nor have living relatives older than them, what can I do?

Hello All,

I am filing I-130 for my old parents. They are in their 80s and don't have a birth certificate NOR have any relatives that are older than them. Please advise what options do I have so USCIS can accept the reasoning behind not having a gift certificate.

Hi Sameer....what did you provided for marriage certificate for your parents and did they got their GC?
