My mom American citizen petitioned for my back in 2007 I-130 for unmarried son, today my mom received a letter from USCIS asking here to come for interview and the beneficiary must attend this interview if he resides in the united state …does antibody went through this interview? What is the purpose? Does this mean a final approval for green card?

Were you 21 or older when she filed for you? If yes, this interview cannot result in green card approval anytime soon, because the priority date cutoff for unmarried 21+ sons of US citizens (Family 1st preference category) is December 2004, and she filed for you in 2007.

Is the I-130 approved yet? If not, this interview could result in I-130 approval, but you will still have to wait for them to reach your 2007 priority date in order for you to become eligible for adjustment of status (if you're inside the US legally) or a consular interview (if you're outside the US).
