I 130 is not online ?

Hi

I sent complete package I 130 - I 485 - I 864 - I 765 G 325a for both on Sep 8, 2008 .... Well I done Biometrics on Sep 30 . I can see I 485 and I 765 online, but I can't see I 130 online... Whenever I put receipt no of I 130

I found the following message :

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Case Status Retrieval Failed
This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

So is it normal or I supposed to call Customer service center....

Dont panic....this is not entirely unusal.
The online case status system is not always up to date and is some what problematic. I currently can only see my I 485 and I 765....my Advance Parole document comes up with the same error message that youre describing. A friend of mine who also filed in August along with me cannot see ANY of her applications on line. Shes called the misinformation line multiple times and theres nothing they can do......its just 'one of those things'. All shes been suggested to do is just keep trying each day (it took 2 weeks after my biometrics for my I485 I765 to become visable online). Shes not holding out much hope....so now shes just checking her mail box everyday as she thinks that her EAD etc will arrive in the mail before it becomes visable online
