My mother filed for my sister in may 2013, which could not able to come with us due to age over 21, while she was GC holder. Her petition(I-130) still not approved. My sister is still unmarried. BY the time, my mother also filed for USC. So my question is:
1. What happens if my mother become USC and then still I-130 not approve?
2. What happens if my mother become USc and I-130 approve(actually this is vice-versa of Q-1)?
3. If my mother become USC, then does she have to apply with a new
i-130 again with new Pd or will it continue same PD? What is the procedure for that?
4. How long will it take to come her in US in this situation?
