I'll explain the Situation, Hopefully I’m clear and someone can Help me.
My Grandmother (a US citizen) filled out the I130 petitioning my Mom (Mexican Citizen and currently living there). That was back in 03/05/2001. In 03/13/2001 My Grandmother received a Form I797c notice of action. She hasn’t received anything else since then. Recently I inquired about the issue and discovered this from the USCIS
"On June 7, 2002, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service"
Unfortunately we moved before June 7 2002, I'm assuming we never got that letter
My Questions Are
What was that letter that we were supposed to get in 2002?
Can I get that re-sent to the new address?
Is the Process still active?
What can I do to help in this Process?
I hope someone can help me with this situation; I'll really appreciate it since that will unite me with my mother again
Thanks
