I-130/i-485

Hi,

My colleague, married to a Green card holder beginning of this month and immediately her husband filed I-130 and I-485 for his wife.
My colleage is in US legally, she is working on H1B.
They recieved the email notification saying that their applications are accepted.

In current situation,
How long it will take to get the EAD and AP?
How long it will takes for I-130 approval?
How long it will takes for I-485 approval?

It varies for different people. As short as 3 months, as long as a year or more. Also, visa numbers for F2A are retrogressing and I'm not sure whether it will affect them.

Case Status-I-765 and 485 ASSIST PLEASE!!!

How Possible is it that my case status for my I-765 shows initial review online and even a uscis officer over the phone said the same thing but my attorney said it is card production. I have some posts where the online case status shows something different from what the actual status is. Is there a way my attorney can find out about my actual case status that is different from the online status ????
