I-130 & I-485

I'm applying GC for my parents, I have few questions need help. Thanks!

1) One of the document it requires is the non-criminal police report. Do we only need to provide last 5 years police report, or all report since my parents were born? (They lived in other contries 15 years ago, do we need to get those contries report too?).

2) Do I file seperate copies of I-130, I-485, and I-693 for my father and mother, or file one copy for both of them?

3) Do I need my husband to file I-864 to support my parent's application? Myself currently is working.

4) How to fill I-864 line 28? (Do I need to fill my parent's property and savings?)

5) How to fill I-485 Part Two, should I check "a" or "h"?

Q to A1:
I-485 requires us to provide evidence of criminal history(listed on USCIS I-485, "Initial Evidence", 1)Criminal History, and 5) Police Clearances. But they didn't state if we need to provide it for last 5 years or since they were born. What do people do for this? Thanks!
