I applied Green card for my mother , sent package to Chicago lockbox, received on 1/26/2012, but still I've not received e-notification. In general , how many days will get receipt notice as well e-mail notification?

If you sent all the required documents and the applicable fee, you shou be getting the email in 3-4 days and the paper notice in 1 week. well, it all depends, how besy they are.
