I-130 & I-485 concurrent filing.

Hi,

Has anyone filed for I130 and I485 concurrently ?

I had filed for I130 and I485 concurrently at the NYC local office, and got just one receipt from BCIS with one case number (EACxxxxxx) on it, stating that my I130 is pending.

Recently my I130 was approved. Does that mean that the I485 was also approved ?

No. I-130 and I-485 are two different processes.
Since yours is family based case usually you should get call for an Interview. You can go to your local office and enquire. them.

What is your RD ? Cos I filed in NYC local office also, so far, I havne't have either I130 or I485 approved, yet. Thank you!

Also, did you applied it yourself or through a lawyer?
