I have filled I-130 for my father and mother in laws . this is second marriage for my father in law with mother-in-law . his previous wife passed away. but in application i filled out divorced instead of death with previous marriage so i got letter from immigration asking proof about his first divorced but since she passed away i was able to get death certificate for my father in law previous wife . what should i write in replying letter or should i get advice from lawyer have them reply or do it my self
