i am a US citizen, married to a permanent resident. when we married his daughter was under the age of 21 (six years ago)..is it too late for me to file for her, (or did I never a chance since we married after she was 18?)...
also, my husbands son IS a us citizen by birth (21 yrs old), and i know he can file for her as the sibling...but im wondering what is average processing time since sibling is not considered immediate relative, rather limited based category.. is it years and years? and if he files for her, does he have to have a meeting with immigration? also if he files for her, can I and husband file an affidavit of support since he is unemployed?
