I-130 & FP Clearance Linked?

Is I-130 approval linked to Finger Print and Name check clearance for AOS? My fathers was asked to re-take FP as the first FP was not clear. He had the 2nd FP done about two weeks ago, but the I-130 is still in pending status at CSC where the case was transferred to from MSC. While my mother who's fingerprints were accepted received the GC in mail last week in less than 2 months from the receipt/notice date. Just wondering if the FP and Name check needs to be cleared before approving the I-130?

Any comments appreciated.

I am co-asking...My parents case are in the same boat, dad's case got approved (i-130 and i 485) at CSC without interview, mom's case still pending, both (i130 and i485) are not approved....

Was your mother asked for FP re-take? And is I-130 approved?
