I-130 Form - Departure Record(I-94) question with ESTA

Hi,

My wife is filling out a I-130 form. To the question N°14 it asks for 'Arrival/Departure Record(I-94)' but I applied to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) months ago and I don't get I-94 forms anymore. What should we put in  (my ESTA reference is longer than the available space).

Thanks a lot and have a great one!
Cheers

Thomas

Is your wife a US citizen? Did you enter the US with a visa waiver? If yes, have you stayed more than the 90 day limit? How much longer?

HI,:D
Yes my wife is a US citizen. I did enter the US with a visa waiver > I arrived a week ago so I have 83 days left. Since I have applied to ESTA I don't need to fill out a I-94 til' next year. Any idea?

Hi Thomas,

I had the same problem as you. Arrived on Waiver visa and had filled ESTA. I didn't get an I-94. My lawyer told me to just write "ESTA" where they ask for the I-94 number. You should also join a copy of your ESTA with all the forms (you can find the records online).
Good luck!

I had the same problem. Just send a copy of your ESTA application. I didn't (I had put N/A) and got an RFE after our interview asking for my I-94 card. My POE was Philadelphia and they don;t issue these forms anymore so of course i didn't have it. I sent in my ESTA authorization and received my welcome letter about a week later.
Good luck!
