Hello,
I Have Questions , I Applied For My Wife I 130 2005 And Didnt Recived Approval Notice, Just Recived Recipt Notice .
My Status Base Is For I130 Is Green Card But 1 Months Ago Iam A Us Citizen, Also Send Css For Coverletter Included Naturalization Certificate , Recipt Notice, Request For Upgrade Petions For I 130 With Photos, Now Months Nothing To Come Any Recent Information About My Upgrade Letter.
Now What I Do , And How Long Is For Wait For Approval,is Process Go Fast If Iam Us Citizen Now, How Much Long This Period
Please Give Me Good Advice
My Wife Not In Usa.give Me Quick Suggestion What I Do For This :(

Check out the K3 process to speed things up. All you need is the I-130 receipt.

new status ask me on uscis website after login request for additional evidence require
marriage certf in native language i already sent them , how long it takes for this case is approved .
i dont need lawyer , case not typical only need wait approval.

recived notice nov 2005
case is pending june 2008 apply for greencard category
now june 2008 iam a us citizen and updated information to sent csc they reply me for additional information request case is still not approve now what i do now which way to convey this case
