i 130 for spouse is outside of normel processing time! help please

Hey guys, I filled my application on jul 06 2010, and today is dec 29 2010 it’s been 6 months, but i didn't get approval of i 130 for my wife yet. Priority date of my case is july 8 2010, so my case is now out of normal USCIS I 130 processing time. i called USCIS office many times but at last they said they will put request and I will get respond from them within 30 days. I don't know what is going on? Please help me !!! What is next going to happen now?

I have more questions than answers for you.

1. What is your status? If USC how did you obtained your Citizenship?
2. Number of times you or your current spouse is married?
3. Has she ever been to US or is in US at this time?

A lot of times it takes longer if the Petitioner had any issues in the past, or the beneficiary is in high immigration/fraud consular post. Your immigration/marital history needs a little more processing times among other reasons, so there is not just one reason why it happens. Your answers to my questions will yield some answers for you.
 
1. i am USC. by nutralization
2. first marrage for both of us.
3. she has never been to US or even in imigration prosecce for to come to US.
4. no criminal history for either of us. 100% clean record.
i hope this is enough information for you... please also let me know that what is the next step for me to do? thanks for your help..
 
With all the answers that you provided it seems like it should not have been delayed, but it has, in this situation your guess is as good as mine.
The only thing you can do is do a service request or speak to a second level officer at the Customer service phone number.
