I was wondering if you can give me some light with this. I want to save money from not having to pay attorney fee and do this ourselves.
My US spouse is sponsoring my son to come here. As I have understood I only need to file I-130 and then file the I-485 later once he gets here.
My questions is what comes with he I-130? So far I am putting the following:
*payment
*US spouse' passport copy
*son's birth certificate
*marriage certifcate with US spouse
*divorce decrees
Do I have to include a G-325A and affidavit of support I-864? My son is only 12.
Also, do I need to include passport pictures of either one?
