I am a US citizen. All my parents are in my home country so as my sister and brother. I applied for them last month and sent I-130 applications to Nebraska service center. Two weeks later. I received their NOA forms from california service center with their file # starting with WAC..... My questions are:

1- How long does it take for I-130 for parents to get approved and how long after that to get their visa.

2- My father is 65 and my mom is 57. Is it possible they get stuck in name check process???

Thanks a lot for your inputs and have a good holiday.

For parents, the process is very fast. Though I am not aware of the timeline. Yes, their names can be stuck in name check. I have seen people with age in 70s having their name stuck in name check.
