I-130 for CP

I was told by my laywer that I just need submit one I-130 from to USCIS for my father and mother. USCIS will approve my father and mother GC at the same time. Is it true? Thanks,

I don't know if it's different with CP, but with AOS you need to file separate I-130 petitions for your mom and your dad.

Your lawyer gave u incorrect info. You have to apply for your parents individually on separate applns.

Your lawyers stmt is true for the beneficiaries who come under sibling category but not the parents.

Most of the time, parents cases are approved together at the same time though.

Pay attention to this: "Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (if you are filing for both parents, you must file a separate petition for each parent)".
