I-130 Filling questions

I have a few questions about filling in form I-130. Can someone please answer them. Thanks

Section C(Information about your relative)

10. Alien Registration Number - my spouse(wife) is on F1/OPT so I think she does not get a A#. Is that correct? If so, I can put N/A here. Correct?

17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative. - my wife was married earlier to someone else but had no children from that marriage.

Does this question relate to the current or all marriages? If current marriage, then I would assume we need to fill my name and relation(husband) there. Correct?

20. If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her name and foreign address in the native alphabet.

She is from India. Does this mean she has to write her name and address in India in Hindi (her native language)? Will this need to be translated in a separate document somewhere?

22. If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

Do we need to fill the closest US embassy near her home in India here? Does this mean we have to provide the information assuming there is a chance that the eligibility for adjustment of status might be refused/denied or can we just put N/A here assuming that she will be eligible?

Section D (Other information)

2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?

Does this question relate to just I-130 petition or any other previous petitions I might have filed for someone else? I had previously filed GC for my ex-spouse but I have never filed a I-130 petition for anyone ever.

Thanks

10. If she has EAD, you will have A#. otherwise leave it blank
17. Write NA since you already fill ex-spouse info in 11
20. We left it blank since we were taught English from childhood. If she studied English throughtout school. leave it blank
22. If you filed green card for your ex-spouse, then answer is yes here. Fill her name, place where you sent papers, date you sent them and result of case.

Thanks for the answers. It seems for no. 22 you answered the question in section D no. 2 but not for no. 22 in section C. Can you answer no. 22 in section C? i.e.

If I became a US Citizen thru naturalization do I need to enter my GC details on item # 14 or can I enter N/A for this item i.e.

If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following:
Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission.

If she has an EAD based on F1, leave A# blank. I used my A# on EAD based on F1, when my receipts came, they had a totally different A#, which now, is my real A#. Other pple, too.

22. If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

If you are filing in USA, then fill the place where you will send the papers. We wrote NA for India part..

If you became USC thru Naturalization, N/A for #14

Clueless (I-130 or I-129)

Hi all! I'm a Canadian citizen and recently acquired USC. My spouse is in Nairobi, Kenya. Could someone please explain to me the current process of I-130 or I-129. I'm in dilemma whether I should simultaneously apply for both OR one at a time. Your help in this matter is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Anoor
