Good Morning folks,
I'm a permanent resident, intending to get married, and thus want to file the i-130 for a spoouse. i was checking the USCIS website for processing times and I got a bit confused.
How can someone pick which service center to use? The California Service center needs 33 months to process while the Texas one needs only 5.. that's a HUGE difference.. how can I work around that?
And by processing times that means how long it needs start to finish? trying to get a feel for how LONG it takes for the whole process.
Any input is greatly appreciated. I'm in WAY over my head and dunno what/where to look.
Thanks
