I-130 filing: how many copies?

Dear all:

I am a permanent resident (LPR) in the U.S. I am going to file I-petition for my whife and two children (age 4 and 6). Wife and childern are all living in foreign country now. My question is: do I have to file one I-130 for my wife and list the two childern on I-130 or I have to file three separate I-130s and pay three fees? The reason I ask is that two lawyers gove me two different anwsers and I am confused. Based on your experience, what do you suggest?

It is written as each person seperate form (I-130) and do take care of the new revised fee.

Actually I read on the USCIS website in a brief description given against the I-130 application form.
