I-130 filed with mistakes information

Hi,

My parents are GC holders and they filed I-130 for me and my brother in Jan, 2005.

Until today, I find they made a mistake when they filled up the I-130 form.

Both my brother and I have been in the United State when we were young but they selected "NO" on the question 13 "Has your relative ever been in the U.S."

Could anybody let me know how should I do to correct this mistake?　
My case is still under pending status but outside the USCIS processing time for 6 months.

Please give me some advice.

So you are suggesting him that he should start this I-130 process all over again and waste 3 years of his valuable time. I don't think so. In my opinion, he should consult a good attorney and see if he/she could contact USCIS and get this straightened out.
