I am a USC, my wife has never been to the US. filedd I-130 for her on 9/15 thru priority mail, still nothing happened as of today. check not cashed and no receipt at all...
could this be a sign of something goes wrong? could anybody please shed some light?
My I-130 was filed by my hubby on 06/15. It has been over four months now, but there's no progress. This kinda case takes 6 months or less @ CSC. Is that a bad sign? Could it take more than 6 months even if no additional evidence is requested? This is really frustrating.
I am a USC, filled my wife's I-130 back in november 2006 and still waiting for the final interview, my wife is in mexico so i dont know if witing time varies, but just to give you an idea.

then they will start asking for more additional forms and information plus the fees.
my case was completed on 06-13/2007 and has to be sent to ciudad juarez mexico, once they receive my case down there it will take from 9-12 months before she gets the final interview, this is so ridiculous specially with the kind of money they charge.
they are way behind.
