i-130 document transfer from delhi to mumbai

hello everyone

i have question in mind, when you file i-130 from delhi after stying in india for 60 day. The lady at the window collecting all the document tell you will here from mumbai consulate in one month.

The question is does Delhi Embessy really transfers all the submited document to mumbai consulate or do they just approve the file in delhi and send the info to mumbai consulate via computer.

I believe you are talking about DCF (direct consular filing).
