I-130 -" Date Arrived "

Hi ,
I am a USC filing the AOS package for my wife . She came to the US on F-1 , in August 2004 and then went on a trip home in 2005. She graduated in May 2006 and is now on a H1B.
My question is, in the "date arrived" field on her I-94 , the date mentioned is when she came back from her trip. Is this what I need to fill in or her original date of arrival into the US ?

Last date of entry in the US, so the one on the USCIS stamp on current I-94
