Hi -
I do not see a link for a CSC consular processing for immediate relatives of US citizens so am starting here. Please list if you filed in 2007.

Filed I-130 for both parents for CP processing in MNL by USC son 11/13/07. Still waiting for NOA.

i have my oath for usc next week, will upgrade my wife and sons i130 then, will keep this thread updated. hopefully to do consular processing in vancouver canada. oh yea, i had a question, does anyone know once i upgrade does it get sent to the bottom of the pile, and will i have to wait another full 6 months or so for i130 to be approved?
