Hi, My parents filed an I-130 (un-married son) for me way back in the year 2000 and at the time I was under 21 years of age. Ever since that time, I have crossed 21 years of age and also am now married with 2 kids. Recently, I have seen some activity going on with my case that was filed and am concerned if I am still eligible for this visa. Since I have crossed 21 years and also got married, does this disqualify me for the I-130 petition that was filed? Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
