I'm ready to file I-130 for my parents CP.I would greatly appreciate if you all could confirm that I have all the papers correct.
For my mother: I-130 form/my birth certificate with her and my name on it/my proof of of naturalization( naturalisation certificate and US passport copies)
For my father : I-130 form/ my birth certificate with his and my name on it/my proof of naturalization( Naturalisation certificate and US passport copies) /my parents civil marriage certificate.
Two separate checks for $420 each.
Is there a covering letter needed? If yes,please let me know the content/format. Thanks a lot in advance for your help!
