I-130 case transfer

Hi,

I am a green card holder and I applied I-130 for my wife through a law firm worked for my previous employer. Now that I left my previous employer, how do I transfer the I-130 case from the law firm to myself? What forms should I fill in order to continue the application by myself in the future?
