My son may have aged out and need to go to immigration court
Attorney has said to file I 130 for single male over 21 of LPR father
The service centre is working on PD 1996 so as we have been waiting for over 4 years and now possible age out
Can we get this expeditied? I think visa dates are current, but does anyone know?
