i 130 approved

i am ashwani presently in US on K3 visa ,i got my i130 approved ,now what is the next thing i have to do ,i am wondering about this ??? how long will it take ?? help me anyone

I-485

You need to file you I-485 for AOS and you will be on your way to you GC.
