I-130 Approved(Vermont) now DCF related question..(Delhi).

Hello,
I am an Indian citizen.My wife filed I-130 for me when she was a green card holder in January (2005).Now she is a US citizen and now my I-130 is approved ( date 12th January,2006).
Now right now she is in India and she has planned to stay here for more than 60 days..so we are in a dillema that is it better to file at DELHI (DCF) or is it better to wait for I-130..Vermont..
Please help me out in this matter..

Well, there is option. YOu have to know that when your visa will be available. because your I-130 approve so you have to count the time when you will have your interview call. Other side, if your wife stay 60 days and you wants to do DCF then you have to withdrow your I-130 file which you can do from Delhi embassy and wait for 3-4 month to get visa. so my sugetion is that you need to find out time length that which one is faster. I m pretty sure that DCF will take 3-4 month and thats Gerrrantyyy.. bcz my wife is here and also my other 3 friends wife get visa call. So try to find out oky

I think that DCF will be better ...atleast i can get a timframe in mind..so it will be better..
No will have to start preparing for the docs for Delhi..
Your help is highly appreciated...i remember you posting messages when you had filed DCF in early 2005.

This is a question rather than a suggestion. WOULD YOU TELL ME WHAT NEXT STEP YOUR WIFE TOOK AFTER SHE BECAME A US CITIZEN. The reason i ask is because i became a US citizen, i sent form I-130 in March 2006. I have already called INS to update the case to US citizen but no action has been taking. How long did it take you to get it approved after your wife became a US citizen?? Do i have to send them more information?? Please respond.
