Hi,
My interview was on 1/10/07 and the officer told me I had to wait for my FBI name check.
I just got my I-130 Appoved letter 2 days ago and I believe my I-485 still pending on the name check.
Now I would like to apply for AP, should I make an appointment of Info Pass with Local office or should send my application form to Chicago lock box again?
