can anyone here can explain me this letter? so my question is can i apply now my i-485 and i-765? i dont wanna risk my $1000:( i just took my medical today and results in days. TIA

OK, now I see why your I-485 wasn't filed. From your other thread you mentioned being in removal proceedings. This new thread loses the context of your situation, and having people see that context is VERY important if you're going to get accurate answers for your complicated case.
