i-130 approved but not received

Hi,
My i-130 got approved on aug 31st, but we haven't got the approved notice. My wife called and customer service, updated address 2 times. Still no response from VSC. Status showing undelivered by post office.
What options i have, guys please suggest..

I just got I-130 approval notice in mail a couple of days back. We had changed address too while the application was still pending and i was really worried if the approval notice will get mailed out to the right address..

My wife filed I-824 to get the approval notice. Can i file i-485 without i 130 approval notice.
