Hey folks...I need suggestions.
I just received a letter from the Baltimore DO requesting me and my spouse to appear for an I-130 interview in mid August. In the interview letter they told me to meet officer X and bring my passport. This came as a big shock because my I-130 had already been approved two day after my AOS interview in early March.
The AOS interview went pretty smoothly but my passport was not stamped. The officer told us that everything was okay but he needed someone else to look over our paperwork to make sure everything was complete. My case have been pending ever since.
The online case status for my I-130 still says approved and I also have my approval letter.
Please, I need help from people who have had this kind of experience
