Seems my waiting time has been too looooong. 
My case (GC application based on marriage to US citizen) was submited to NBC back in June 2004 (TWO years ago!!), after lots of phone calls, finally we had the interview at the washinton dc DO in Feb 06. The interview went well, and the officer approved the 130, but said GC can't be issued because of the FBI name check, and I have to wait for 180 days before i can make an inquiry.
I wonder if anyone is in the same situation. any ideas to speed things up, or at least to get an idea about when the GC can be approved? Thanks in advance.
